OACM is created as a unique concept and idea by people who come from the alliance sector: governments, various NGO’s leaders, CEO’s of various corporations, prime ministers and royal family members. They were brought together to find a creative, but most importantly efficient solutions with concrete results not based just on raising awareness but also on providing the humans and marine life with safe marine areas.
